1. Who we are and what this covers

Secondraft LLC (“Secondraft,” “we,” “us”) operates secondraft.com. This policy covers the company website and the app information pages hosted on it.

It does not describe data collected inside Homewise, ReallySay, or our other apps and games. Using those products is different from reading about them here. Consult the privacy notice provided with the particular product for its data practices.

2. Information processed when you visit

You can browse this website without creating an account. The website currently has no registration, payment, newsletter, or file-upload forms.

• Technical information. Our website server and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, process information needed to handle requests. This can include IP addresses, requested pages and URLs, request times, browser information, referring pages, response codes, and security-related information. Our server records routine access and error logs.
• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to include. Please avoid sending passwords, private app content, or other sensitive information that is not needed for your question.

3. How we use information

We use technical information to deliver pages, keep the site available, troubleshoot errors, and identify or prevent abuse. We use correspondence to answer questions and handle privacy requests.

Our email service provider processes messages sent to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security or legal rights of Secondraft, visitors, or others.

Technical logs and correspondence have different retention needs. We consider troubleshooting, security investigations, the status of a request, and applicable legal obligations when determining how long information is needed. Provider-managed records follow the provider’s applicable retention practices; there is no single retention period for all website information.

We use HTTPS and restrict administrative access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
